Produced exclusively from an organic vineyard of 3 hectares certified by the Catalan Council of Agricultural Production.

Grapes: 50% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 25% Merlot.

1,400 bottles produced

The grapes undergo a 48-hour cold pre-fermentation, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature between 24°C and 26°C in small stainless steel tanks, and macerated for a period of 25 days. Aging in Allier French oak barrels 50% new and 50% 1 year old for 12 months.

Bottled unfiltered.

Description

Tasting Note:
Bright ruby ​​color. On the nose, soft touches of oak, raspberries with spices and cherry aromas that are complemented by fresh rose and cinnamon. In the mouth candied fleshy red fruits and flowers on the palate, with slow and ripe tannins, good acidity and a long finish with mineral and spicy notes.
