Winemaking: Made from estate-grown grapes. It has rested, macerated, and aged on its lees for 3 months. Batonnage was carried out to achieve maximum aromas and fruity flavor.

Grape Varieties: Pedro Ximénez, Garnacha Blanca.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow color with golden highlights; ripe and sweet white fruit, notes of jams, spices, and wild herbs; warm, with citrus touches, fresh with good acidity, persistent and distinctive.

Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood, rice dishes, and cheeses.
